About Kristine
Hi there! I'm Kristine and I appreciate you taking a look at my website to learn about what opportunities I have to support you in. As a former Kindergarten and 5th grade teacher, I have a lot of experience helping people find confidence in themselves and success in their lives. Over the past decade I've immersed myself in numerous bodywork and yoga trainings in order to grow and learn as much as possible about how to hold space safely and effectively for others, so that they can achieve the peace, inspiration and goals they set out for. The photo here is of me on the razorback at Mt. Adams in Crestone, CO. This was taken while on a 40 day bike tour from Boulder to Moab. Suffice to say, I understand what it's like to want to feel good in your body so that your're able to explore any new heights or realms you desire! The photo below is of me doing a ride along with the Mountain View Fire Department as part of my Yoga for first Responders training. I have a dog and some hobbies, one of which is upcycling bicycle inner tubes into earrings. My passion is finding creative ways of being the best person I can be, and helping other people do the same. Thank you for reading! I hope to meet you soon.
